Terms of Service
Draft pending review by counsel — not yet in effect
Last updated: 2026-10-07
Who we are and what these terms cover
Eaverow ("we", "us") is a product of Vantrow. Until an operating company is formed and named here, it is operated by Vantrow's founder, Andrew Brown.
These terms cover eaverow.com, app.eaverow.com and the pages we serve to your customers on your behalf: the signing page, the client dashboard and the instant-estimate form.
Using any of them means you agree to these terms.
The service
Eaverow is software for roofing contractors. It runs a job from lead to payment: leads, estimates with options the homeowner picks from, electronic signature, invoices, payment recording, photos and documents on the job file, and a dashboard link for each homeowner.
Features change as we build. Anything we describe as roadmap, or as coming later, is a plan and not a promise.
Your account
An account is one company. The person who opens it is its owner. Owners and admins can invite teammates and set what each person can do, and the owner is responsible for the people they invite and for what those people do in the service.
Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has them. Give us accurate details about yourself and your company, and keep them current.
The service is for businesses, not consumers. You must be an adult to use it.
Acceptable use
These are the rules for using the service. We may suspend an account that breaks them.
- Do not use it for anything unlawful.
- Do not scrape it or access it with automated tools, except through an interface we publish for that purpose, such as the embed code for the website estimate tool.
- Do not upload data you have no right to use.
- Do not use it to send unsolicited messages to homeowners.
Fees and cancellation
Eaverow costs $199 a month for the whole company: every seat, every feature and everything we ship later. There is no per-seat charge, no add-on fee and no meter on the software.
The fee is billed monthly. For now we set up billing with you by hand; we will email account owners when self-serve billing opens.
A founding account pays the founding rate shown on the pricing page when it signed up, for as long as the account stays open. A later price change never moves it.
You can cancel any month. Your subscription ends at the close of the month you have paid for. There is no contract term and no cancellation fee.
Your data and your export
Your company's data is yours: your contacts, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, claims, measurements, photos, documents and signatures. We process it only to run the service for you.
An owner or admin can download all of it from Settings at any time, free, before or after you cancel. The export is a zip of plain CSV files plus your signature images, photos and documents. If your photos and documents are too large to bundle in one pass, the export still lists every file and we assemble the full archive for you, free, on request.
Your data stays exportable for 90 days after your subscription ends.
You are responsible for having the right to put your customers' information into the service, and for how you use it.
Electronic signatures
When a homeowner signs an estimate through the signing page, they first confirm that they agree to sign electronically and to receive a copy by email. The page then records their drawn signature, their typed name, the option they chose, the date and time, and an audit trail: the network address and browser the signature came from, and a fingerprint of the estimate exactly as it was signed. The signed estimate is filed under the job as a PDF, and a copy is emailed to the homeowner's email address on the job, when there is one.
Signatures collected this way are intended to be valid under the U.S. ESIGN Act and state UETA laws.
The signed estimate is a contract between you and your customer. We are not a party to it, we do not review it, and we are not responsible for its terms or for whether it is enforceable where you work.
Payments through the service
Card payments from homeowners run through your own Stripe account, which you connect to Eaverow from Settings. The charge is made on your account, so the money goes to you, never to us.
Stripe's processing fee comes out there, and we add nothing to it.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are between you, your customer and Stripe.
No financial, legal or insurance advice
Estimates, invoices, claim ledgers, supplement figures and roof measurements are tools you control. What they produce is your responsibility to check, and it is not financial, legal, tax or insurance advice.
Availability and changes to the service
Eaverow is early-access software, provided as it is. We work to keep it available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.
We try to tell account owners before we make a material change to the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or lost data.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may cancel any month, as described under “Fees and cancellation”.
We may suspend or end an account for breach of these terms, or for non-payment after we have given you notice.
Either way, the 90-day export window under “Your data and your export” applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising from them or from the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. We email account owners before a material change takes effect.
